Resumen 
El objetivo de esta actividad es ofrecer un espacio para el diálogo entre los investigadores en el campo, los tomadores de decisiones gubernamentales y
aquellos organismos que cuentan con experiencia en el tema, acerca de la importancia de asegurar, mejorar y fortalecer el acceso a los sistemas de investigación en ALAC de aquellos agentes y organismos usualmente excluidos del mismo. Se espera con ello identificar los problemas centrales y retos que involucra este tema, así como definir una agenda temática común que posibilite la continuación del diálogo en futuros espacios de reunión.
